The Brief: This was a blank canvas project for a developer who required a "snag-free," luxury aesthetic for a modern new build. The goal was to take the property from its raw, plastered state and transform it into a bright, inviting home with flawless surfaces that highlight the building's contemporary architecture and natural light.

Our Process: Working on a new build requires a specific technical approach to ensure longevity and a premium feel:

• Meticulous Preparation: We utilized dustless sanding technology across all plastered walls and ceilings to create an perfectly smooth substrate, essential for the high-end finish required in modern homes.

• Airless Spraying for Scale: To achieve a uniform, "factory-smooth" look on the expansive vaulted ceilings and walls, we utilized Airless spray technology. This ensures an unbroken, consistent coat that traditional rollers simply cannot match.

• Fine-Finish Woodwork: All woodwork, including the contemporary staircase and architraves, was finished to a high standard, providing a durable and clean contrast to the neutral wall tones.
